The Woolly Bear is TAXA Outdoors’ first direct-to-consumer adventure habitat. With a focus on weight, versatility, and cost, the Woolly Bear is designed to be the ultimate gear hauler + camp kitchen + overland habitat that could be shipped and assembled by anyone with access to basic tools. Light enough to be towed by any 4-cylinder vehicle and small enough to be rolled into home garage.
After 8 months of development, we were able to field test our first prototype by taking it on a 3,500 mile road trip. The Woolly Bear was our featured product at the Outdoor Retailer Summer Market.
